DGC TalentWorks actively embeds sustainability in its workforce solutions, ensuring that industrial progress translates into tangible social advancement. We don’t simply place people in jobs; we build bridges to long-term empowerment and community resilience.
In the DRC, our collaboration with mining operators has created employment pathways for hundreds of young artisans, many of whom were previously unemployed. Through practical training and job placements, we have equipped them with certified skills and stable income.
In Zambia, our gender inclusion strategy is enabling more women to enter historically male-dominated trades. Through bursary-supported programs and mentorship schemes, women are being trained as welders, electricians, and safety officers, advancing both their careers and their communities.
In remote regions, we bring mobile training units and simulation-based learning to areas where access to traditional institutions is limited, ensuring that rural populations are not left behind.
