Denver Gounden is the Managing Director of DGC TalentWorks and brings over two decades of leadership experience in operations management, industrial services, and multidisciplinary project delivery. His career spans civil and mechanical works, turnkey execution, and high-risk industrial projects across the mining, smelting, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors in Africa and internationally.

Before joining DGC TalentWorks, Denver held senior executive roles with responsibility for managing business units across mechanical site works, refractory installations, steel fabrication, and civil construction. He has overseen complex project environments, led high-compliance industrial services, and delivered critical infrastructure across both public and private sectors.

At DGC TalentWorks, Denver is responsible for leading the division’s operational and strategic direction. His portfolio includes workforce mobilisation, contract staffing, recruitment solutions, and the implementation of performance-based deployment models that support client productivity, safety, and compliance.
