Kizito Muyembi serves as the Operations & HR Manager for Dickinson Group of Companies (DGC) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. With over 15 years of experience across mining, labour outsourcing, security, and banking sectors, Kizito leads DGC’s operational workforce strategy, ensuring smooth deployment, supervision, and HR compliance at client sites throughout the DRC.

 

He holds a degree in Analysis and Programming with a focus on Business Information Technology, along with certifications in business management, finance, and entrepreneurship. His role bridges workforce planning, on-site coordination, and strategic HR alignment to meet both client expectations and company objectives.
