As the strategic architect of DGC TalentWorks, Trevor has shaped the platform into a pan-African driver of workforce solutions and skills development. His passion for human capital transformation is rooted in a lifelong commitment to creating opportunity, building leadership capacity, and empowering the next generation.

 

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Wits Business School and is a Certified Professional Business Advisor, Exit Planning Advisor, and Civil & Commercial Mediator. He is also the founder of Family Legacies, a consultancy dedicated to succession planning and leadership within family-owned enterprises.
